ALISON CAUSER 

Alison Causer (b. 1982, Toledo, Ohio) is an artist, a bird watcher, and educator who lives in New York City. She paints from the perspective of her identity as women from the counrty side living in a major metropolis.Causer paints imagined landscapes that reflect the feminine connection to nature. Her paintings, which take the form of oil on canvas and plaster on wood panels, come from my research and emerging unnamable sensations from within her body.
